The high-end property, with panoramic views of the city and corniche will boast 238 rooms, 39 suites and an opulent two-bedroom Royal Suite.
Furthermore the hotel will offer multiple dining outsets, extensive banqueting and meeting space with an area of more than 3,500m2.
