The 51st edition of ITB Berlin show was successfully brought to an end, after more than 10,000 exhibitors from 184 countries and regions displayed their products and services on 1,092 stands covering 160,000m² between March 08 – 12.

The 14th edition of ITB Berlin Convention running simultaneously has reached a new record of 28,000 international trade participants, a 7.7 percent increase over 2016.

ITB Berlin observed the trend of digital transition taking over the business of selling tourism and also identified consumers' increasing safety concerns as one of the main topics of mutual discussions.

Positive forecasts for the European economy were disclosed and in particular, for Germany was hailed one of the biggest source markets for international tourism.
