Since 2008, this important Greek entrepreneurship institution has essentially reinforced the national economy and created new jobs. More specifically, up until 2017, the award has supported new businesses with the total amount of EUR700,000.
This year, this significant annual institution returns, offering for one more year, the amount of EUR100,000, and more specifically EUR30.000 for the first winner and EUR10.000 each for the seven additional winners.
The award is exclusively addressed to young Greek entrepreneurs who are 40 years old or younger, have created their company, have started their business activity over the past five years, have a minimum turnover of EUR10,000 per annum, employ at least two staff and own more than 50 percent of their company.
In case two applicants from the same business apply, together they should own more than the 80 percent of the company between them.
