HK Express Enhances Multi-channels Customer Care

HK Express, a low-cost carrier in Hong Kong, recently added its official WhatsApp Business account, as an additional solution on top of its existing communications channels which include Live Chat, WeChat and email, offering more convenient options for its customers.

As part of HK Express’ commitment to enhance the customer care experience, the new chat service offers its customers seamless, borderless access to the airline’s live support team via their WhatsApp number.

 From booking inquiries to frequently asked questions, and general customer service requests, passengers from anywhere in the world can submit requests and questions via this Whatsapp channel. 

 Accessible for all WhatsApp users, the service will be available in five languages – English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean and Japanese.
