Wale worked with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where he was based at the company’s Europe, Africa and Middle East divisional office in Brussels, Belgium. During his tenure there, Wale successfully integrated the Le Méridien brand into Starwood.
In his new role, he will be responsible for building on this momentum, developing continued strategic growth, driving the existing collection’s successful operations and developing talent across the company.
